The City of Woonsocket hosts its first ever Southeast Asian Waterfront Festival on the shores of the historic Blackstone River at Cold Spring Park.
This new ethnic cultural event will feature Asian Dragon Boat Races on the Blackstone River, ethnic foods and entertainment.
